Salary: MPR/UPR plus TLR 2D

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic teacher who will take on additional Head of Year responsibilities here at Skegness Academy. 

About the role:

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a committed Teacher to make a difference to pupils’ learning, whilst gaining experience of teaching in a forward thinking and collaborative trust. As well as teaching, you will take on a pastoral Head of Year responsibility to aim to improve and motivate our students within teaching and learning.

Skegness Academy is a Secondary Academy located in Skegness. All staff at the academy have high expectations and strive for quality and consistency so there are aspects of lessons which young people will see regardless of their age, ability or subject; they will always know what they are learning, why it is relevant and how they will know if they have succeeded.
