Weston Favell Academy is making substantial improvements in all areas and we are investing heavily in our staffing structure to continue this momentum.  We are a supportive team, committed to ensuring that our learners fulfil their potential despite any barriers they may face. We are looking for equally passionate practitioners to join our team.

The Academy, led by Todd Johnson, Senior Executive Principal, has a very vibrant, supportive and hardworking team, committed to promoting high achievement in education whilst ensuring that standards of behaviour and uniform are impeccable.  Pupils are supported to not only achieve highly but also to ensure they are prepared for their future through a variety of enrichment opportunities.

Located on the outskirts of Northampton, we are situated in a great part of the country. Northampton has a £20billion economy and sits at the heart of one of four designated growth areas in England, with big plans for housing and the economy.
