We are looking for a well-qualified, enthusiastic, dynamic and inspirational English Teacher who has the highest expectations of themselves and our pupils. If you provide high quality teaching and have a natural passion for improving the life chances of our children then this could be the role for you. 

The role is open for candidates who are available for an immediate start, or September 2023.

There will be a possible TLR or R&R allowance for the right candidate.

About the Role

We are looking for an innovative teacher who is passionate about English and about building on pupils’ problem solving, communication, negotiation, leadership and decision-making skills. You must be dedicated, organised and totally committed to driving standards and raising achievement through the delivery of outstanding lessons in English.

  • is committed to raising the achievement of all learners by ensuring teaching across the curriculum is of the highest quality
  • is able to make positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents alike

  • is able to plan and deliver innovative and inspirational lessons that engage pupils

Located on the outskirts of Northampton, we are situated in a great part of the country. Northampton has a £20billion economy and sits at the heart of one of four designated growth areas in England, with big plans for housing and the economy. With plenty of countryside on the doorstep, it’s surprising that it’s only an hour away from London.
