Salary: £26,421 - £29,269 FTE (£22,929 - £25,401 pro rata)

We are seeking to appoint a committed and talented Pastoral Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work at our unique and inspirational school where our children, parents and staff are at the heart of everything we do.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated HLTA, who has experience of working with children across the primary age range. As a Pastoral HLTA you will be supporting the children with a range of barriers, to achieve their full potential through assisting the teacher within the classroom and also teaching lessons when covering teachers.
The ideal candidate will
- is prepared to complete or have an HLTA qualification;
- has experience of young people in an educational setting;
- has experience of SEMH/behaviour challenges;
- is able to confidently communicate with parents, carers and other agencies attached to the young people;
- has a deeply held conviction that every child can achieve and reach their potential;
- is able to be adaptable in a changing environment;
- is confident in working in a dynamic, changing environment;
