We are looking for a Family Welfare Officer to join our team here at Seathorne Primary Academy!
About the role:

As a Family Welfare Officer, you will work closely with families, staff, and external agencies to ensure the wellbeing of all our pupils. You will play a key role in:
Key Responsibilities:

Empower families to overcome challenges and support their children’s education.

Provide early intervention for children at risk of academic or emotional difficulties.

Liaise with child protection teams and external agencies as necessary.

Monitor and evaluate the impact of interventions to ensure positive outcomes.

Assist in organising family learning programs, workshops, and community events.
