This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our successful leadership team to continue drive forwards improvements with particular focus on leading Writing across the academy. We can offer dedicated leadership time and a programme of professional development.

We are looking to recruit an experienced, highly motivated class teacher to join our team of dedicated and empowered practitioners, leading on writing across the academy to make a positive impact.

We are a large junior academy, with a committed staff team, serving a wonderfully diverse community in Peterborough. The academy, last inspected in February 2023, is considered an ‘improving academy’, with the new leadership team making positive strides in addressing key priorities.

We are experienced in multi-agency work, and our dedicated staff team are focused on ensuring that every child receives the highest quality education and care. The role will be classroom based. We will provide dedicated release time to work on further improving achievement across the academy, identifying areas for development through accurate evaluation and quality assurance.
