We are seeking to recruit a committed, hardworking and enthusiastic Class Teacher working in Lower Key Stage Two to join our friendly team here at Mablethorpe Primary Academy. This post will be temporary to cover maternity leave from 1st September 2024 until 20th December 2024

As a Teacher at our academy you will be expected to engage and enthuse learners through a commitment to outstanding teaching and learning, with the freedom to unleash your creativity to provide modern and engaging learning experiences. We need someone with the energy and passion to help make our curriculum truly memorable. 

To succeed you must be innovative in your techniques to motivate and inspire young people; you will also be a great team player and first class communicator.

Mablethorpe Primary Academy is a large 3-11 primary school located on the East coast. Here at our Academy, we put the child at the centre of a caring, sharing and achieving school, where positive relationships are based on mutual trust and respect and this is at the heart of everything we do. 

For all school staff we aim to create a professional, working environment where staff are supported to be the best that they can be. We do this by working as part of Greenwood Academy Trust - this means we work with over 30 other schools who are part of our Trust, sharing expertise and developing best practice. We aim to provide appropriate training at all levels to ensure all staffs' practice develops over time.
