Salary: £26,421 - £29,269 FTE (£22,929 - £25,401 Pro Rata)

This is a full-time, term time (plus training days) position. Experience of safeguarding and SEND is desirable. 

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in an amazing team with our fabulous school community at Rushden Primary Academy. RPA is a vibrant school with wonderful children. As Behaviour and Attitudes Mentor working with families, your role will be multi-faceted - see attached job description. 

You will:

  • Work directly with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that all children are safeguarded, have access to high quality education and the most appropriate provision for their needs.
  • Signpost and work with external agencies and liaise with families who may be in crisis.
  • Lead by example in the Academy, setting high expectations for all for behaviour, providing training for staff, or pupils, where necessary.
  • Be the first port of call for children who become dysregulated and develop and action appropriate plans.
