Salary: £26,421 - £29,269 per annum

We are looking for a premises officer to join our Premises Team at Bramble Academy

The role:

Previous experience of buildings and asset management is a must, along with experience of supervising and motivating staff and managing work programmes; additionally, you must be a great team player with the ability to manage and lead a small team. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels. IT literacy is a must as you will using a number of systems to input data.

Duties will include:

  • ensuring that the environment (internal and external) of all buildings, are safe, well maintained and meet Health and Safety requirements
  • premises management
  • maintenance, including the janitorial and cleaning provision
  • liaising with contractors
  • ensuring the security of the buildings
  • line management of a Premises Assistant
