 Are you a passionate and dedicated educator ready to take the next step in your career? Due to the promotion of the existing post holder, we are seeking an enthusiastic Upper Key Stage 2 Class Teacher with the added responsibility of Phase Leader to join our vibrant school community!

 Role Overview: 

 As the Class Teacher with Phase Leader responsibility, you will play a key role in shaping the educational experience of our pupils. This role forms a key part of the Senior Leadership Team. You will be playing a critical role in leading the strategic direction of Inclusion in the academy, alongside the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring that the highest of standards are achieved with regards to student attitudes & behaviour, teaching & learning and student outcomes. You will also be supporting the Senior Leadership Team in the wider strategic direction of the academy. In addition to job description bow - Your responsibilities will include: 

 Delivering engaging and effective lessons to inspire and motivate pupils. 

Providing strong leadership within your assigned phase, fostering collaboration among colleagues. 

Supporting and mentoring fellow teachers to enhance professional development. 

Collaborating with parents and guardians to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment. 

Contributing to the overall development and improvement of the school.

We are seeking a candidate who possesses: 

 Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience. 

Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a phase effectively. 

Passion for creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic educational setting.
