We have a fantastic opportunity for a Teacher of Dance to join our established Performing Arts Faculty.
This is a full time permanent role, however we also have the opportunity for a full / part time maternity cover post within the faculty.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Dance Teacher who is passionate about their subject and the delivery of an effective curriculum to pupils of all ages and abilities. We expect that, through leading your effective teaching and learning, all pupils will be inspired to achieve the outstanding progress that we know they are capable of.

- is passionate about Dance and the Performing Arts and about helping all pupils succeed despite their background

- is committed to raising the achievement of all learners by ensuring teaching across the curriculum is of the highest quality

- is able to plan and deliver innovative and inspirational lessons that engage pupils.

The Nottingham Girls’ Academy, part of the Greenwood Academies Trust (GAT), based on the outskirts of Nottingham, provides 11-19 education for nearly 900 pupils (including the Sixth Form). The academy, led by the Principal, David Tungate, has a clear ethos shaped by it mission and values.
