We are seeking to appoint two full-time permanent teachers to join our team at Dogsthorpe Academy. The year group taught will be determined on appointment, dependent on each successful candidate’s strengths and experience.

We are a large junior academy, with a committed staff team, serving a wonderfully diverse community in Peterborough. The academy, last inspected in February 2023, is considered an ‘improving academy’, with the new leadership team making positive strides in addressing key priorities.

As an academy, we work hard to meet the needs of all our children and are totally committed to the principals of inclusion. We are experienced in inter-agency work, and our dedicated staff team are focused on ensuring that every child receives the highest quality education and care. As a team, we know that every child needs the very best teaching and support in order to flourish. As such, all staff are offered training and support through a comprehensive induction. This post is suitable for Early Career Teachers.
