Salary: £18,887- £19,264 FTE (£12,129-£12,371 pro rata)

Fixed term until July 2023

The post will be based within our EYFS team. It will include focused support for pupils on a one to one basis, small group support and sometimes general classroom support.

The ideal candidate for the role will have some experience working with children or young people, in a school setting, who has;

  • a very positive outlook
  • Experience of EYFS
  • the commitment to every child making progress, no matter how small the steps
  • an excellent understanding of young children and how they learn
  • a strong understanding of the value of working in a team
  • the sensitivity to be led by the children when necessary
  • excellent communication skills
