Salary: Leadership L8-L14 (£50,151-£58,135 PA)

This is a truly exciting opportunity to lead the whole sport offer at Stanground Academy. We are rightly proud of our students, staff and world class facilities which include a suite of 3G pitches, 3 state of the art sports halls and a leisure complex with swimming pool.

We wish to recruit a passionate senior leader who will enable our students to achieve their true potential across a variety of chosen sporting activities and furthermore for the academy and leisure centre to be firmly established within our local community.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in raising academic standards and the ability to lead a high performing team of staff. They must think at both a tactical and strategic level whilst being able to form effective relationships and communicate with authority to all the community sport stakeholders.

In addition to raising aspiration and the academic standards for our students the successful candidate will be accountable for supporting the Leisure Centre team to deliver a diverse range of activities and a positive profitable contribution to the academy finances.
