Salary:

This post is graded at £28,226 - £30,095 per annum (to be pro-rated over 39 weeks).

The Role:

In this exciting new role as part of the Academy's Safeguarding Team, you will oversee the whole-school approach towards mental health and wellbeing; co-ordinating and the leading the provision across the Academy. This will include how it is reflected in the design of behaviour policies, curriculum and pastoral support, how staff are supported with their own wellbeing and how students and parents are engaged.

The Skegness Academy, part of the Greenwood Academies Trust, is located in the seaside town of Skegness on the beautiful Lincolnshire coast and is on a renewed journey towards ‘Outstanding’. It opened in 2010 and occupies a large site with extensive sports facilities, green space and new and refurbished buildings which give pupils and staff a high-quality learning environment.
