Salary: £22,571-£25,419 FTE (£9,150-£10,277 pro rata)

We are looking for a Senior Leisure Assistant to work at the Stanground Academy Sports Centre during evenings between 5.30pm - 9.30pm. 

The Sports Centre at the Stanground Academy is seeking to recruit a friendly, flexible and enthusiastic Senior Leisure Assistant who is able to maintain a high level of customer service, cleanliness and promote a safe, secure environment on poolside and throughout the building.

You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of users at all times, providing a high standard of customer care and performing cleaning duties. You will also assist in the safe assembly and use of all equipment as required. 

With previous experience of working in a similar role, you will have excellent communication skills, be friendly and approachable with a desire to deliver services to a high level of customer satisfaction. Possession of the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is essential.
