Salary - £22,366 FTE (£6,675 pro rata)

We are looking for two enthusiastic Midday Supervisors to join our team here at Medeshamstede Academy!

Interviews: Week Commencing 30th September 2024

The role:

You will have a key role in supporting the  lunchtime experience for our students, both in the dining hall and outside. Working with your colleagues, you will need to ensure the safety, security and well being of students whilst promoting positive dining experiences and fun activities.

You will need to:

• have a positive and caring attitude

• be friendly, approachable and have a helpful manner

• be reliable, organised and efficient

• have good communication skills;

• be a positive team player

• be committed to on-going staff development

Holding a current First Aid Certificate would be advantageous.

About us:

Medeshamstede Academy is an all through Academy for pupils aged 4 to 16. All pupils have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) for communication and interaction with a diagnosis of Autism as their main presenting need

We are looking for someone who can show enthusiasm and commitment to leading and developing our academy within their areas of direct responsibility.
