Salary: £20,812 - £21,189 (£15,794 - £16,078 pro rata)

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Learning Assistant to join us here at Welland Academy.

About the role:

The ideal Learning Assistant will reinforce the excellent work of the teaching staff by supporting individuals or small groups both within and outside the classroom environment. You will be a professional role model to the students, with the confidence to challenge and the creativity to motivate.

To be successful you must:

  • possess excellent communication skills
  • have experience of working with young people or children
  • be flexible, creative and enthusiastic about their position
