Salary: £21,575 - £21,968 FTE (£16,132 - £16,672 pro rata)

The role:

In this role you will manage the SEND Department in the absence of the SENDCo including efficient and effective deployment, allocation and line management of Teaching Assistants, performance reviews and to offer in-class support and coaching to ensure the best quality teaching is delivered to SEND students.

Having EAL experience would be desirable.
