Salary: £18,333 PA (£11,773 pro rata)

The Skegness Academy is currently recruiting for a cleaner to join their team.

You will be responsible for the cleaning of classrooms, communal and staff areas, helping to maintain the academy to a high standard hereby ensuring professional standards are maintained for colleagues and pupils to work in.

You will need to:

  • be experienced and reliable;
  • have knowledge of COSHH and relevant health and safety requirements;
  • be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.

Working on varied cleaning tasks in a friendly team, your duties will be to carry out cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying bins and other general cleaning duties.

The Skegness Academy, part of the Greenwood Academies Trust, is located in the seaside town of Skegness on the beautiful Lincolnshire coast. It opened in 2010 and occupies a large site with extensive sports facilities, green space and new and refurbished buildings which give pupils and staff a high-quality learning environment.
