Salary: £19,650-£20,043 FTE (£16,978-£17,318 pro rata)

A great opportunity for a highly organised and proficient administrator to join Nethergate Academy.

We are looking to recruit a motivated, enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our administration team on Reception. You will:

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to deal with all people/situations at all levels, building good relationships with parents, pupils and other stakeholders
  • Have experience of managing sensitive and confidential information, an awareness of safeguarding and GDPR
  • Be able to multitask and prioritise workloads, responding to changing priorities, remaining calm under pressure
  • Have excellent administration skills and proven experience using databases and Microsoft applications
  • Enjoy being part of a small team in a school environment

Experience and knowledge of an education environment and the use of SIMS or other pupil management systems, is desirable.

The academy works with children and young people who have learning difficulties and complex needs and their families. 

Nethergate Academy is an Outstanding special academy in the City of Nottingham for 163 pupils aged 5-19 with complex learning difficulties and disabilities. Many pupils are autistic and some have SEMH needs
