Salary: £22,571-£27,514 per annum 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a central People team that provides Recruitment, HR, Payroll and Pension services to 37 academies across the East Midlands.

The main focus of this role will involve being the first point of contact within the team for Recruitment related queries from employees. You will lead the recruitment lifecycle, liaising with internal and external customers as appropriate, oversee and provide support in the development and maintenance of the Trust’s online Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and work closely with key stakeholders internally and externally, developing and maintaining positive relationships whilst ensuring integrity of the HR function.

The role will include hybrid working, based in our offices in Nottingham and at home. You’ll be an integral part of the wider team, so being a strong team player as well as having the confidence to work independently use your own initiative is essential. 

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is well organised individual with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise their work to meet changing requirements
  • Able to deal with queries promptly and efficiently, whilst providing a professional service
  • Possesses excellent customer service skills, a high degree of accuracy and are able to communicate effectively.
  • You must have a good understanding of data protection and be able to work in a confidential environment.

Experience of working in an HR/Recruitment function would be advantageous.
