Salary: £18,887-£20,043 PA

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to play a key role supporting our People Directorate. 

What will you be doing?

Strong administrative skills and accuracy are essential. You will need strong organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities, whilst remaining focused on meeting deadlines.  You’ll be a confident communicator with a passion for customer service, who enjoys responding to first line queries from employees, training providers and line managers.

You’ll also have a creative streak as we’d like you to produce materials to promote Trust Learning Alliance events and opportunities. We’d also like you to build and maintain an active positive presence on the Directorate’s social media platforms and other communications channels to engage with a range of target audiences both internally and externally.

About you:

  • Excellent attention to detail, matched with strong communication skills
  • Be adaptable, and flexible at prioritising tasks
  • ‘Can do’ attitude, with a proactive outlook
  • Proven experience within an administrative and/or recruitment/ HR setting
  • Experience of using Microsoft office packages such as Excel, Word and Teams, as well as social media platforms.
  • Confident with IT and learning how to use new software
  • Passion for delivering great customer service

Where will you be working?
This role is based in our Nottingham Office at Colwick Quays Business Park and has an option for hybrid working. You’ll be an integral part of the wider team, so being a strong team player as well as having the confidence to work independently use your own initiative is essential.
