We are looking to recruit an inspirational, talented and highly effective practitioner to work alongside the Principal in the strategic leadership and management of the school.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building on existing successes and continuing to drive forward improvements as part of the school’s Senior Leadership Team.

We are looking to appoint someone who:

  • Is passionate about education and improving outcomes for children and can translate their knowledge and skills into effective leadership practice
  • has a strong working knowledge and experience of the primary age range
  • Has a proven track record of impact
  • Can bring out the best in the teams they work with, motivating others and striving for success
  • Can communicate effectively with a range of audiences
